Draft Care and Repair Summary Specification
Clackmannanshire Council wish to provide a service which offers advice and assistance to low income homeowners and private tenants to help maintain private sector housing in Clackmannanshire to a reasonable repair standard. The Service provides a key element of the Council’s Private Housing Assistance Scheme.
