Food Safety Enforcement Policy
This documented policy ensures the comprehensive and consistent enforcement of Food Safety, Food Standards and Feeding Stuffs within Clackmannanshire in line with the relevant Food Safety Act Codes of Practice. In preparing and updating this policy due regard has been taken of the advice issued by Central Government, Local Authorities Co-ordinating Body on Food and Trading Standards (LACORS), Scottish Food Coordinating Committee (SFELC), and the Food Standards Agency (FSA).
