Homelessness Needs Assessment
Clackmannanshire Council and its partners decided that a detailed needs assessment was required to support the revision of their first Homelessness Strategy. In October 2003, Craigforth was commissioned to prepare this assessment of homelessness needs and also to support the subsequent preparation of the updated Homelessness Strategy.
