Building Warrant Application Consultation Guide

See below list of consultees together with guidance to assist in determining who you should be consulting. If the application proposals do not match the criteria listed then no consultation is required. This is not an exhaustive list and further consultation may be required in exceptional circumstances. When consultation is necessary, the applicant or duly appointed agent should contact the relevant consultee(s) direct and forward to Clackmannanshire Council Building Standards a copy of all comments received. Should comments from any of the consultees be received by Building Standards after the approval of the Building Warrant, and these comments affect the approved design, the applicant must submit a formal application to amend the original approval”.
