Strategic Environmental Assessment 2010 -2014
Clackmannanshire Council has prepared an update of the Local Transport Strategy (LTS) for the period 2010 - 2014. The LTS sets out the Council’s aims, objectives, policies and strategies for the next three years addressing transport issues. As part of the LTS process a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is required. SEA is a systematic method for considering the likely environmental effects resulting from pursuance of the policies in the LTS. A scoping report and environmental report have been prepared and consulted on by Scottish Natural Heritage, Historic Scotland, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.
