Community Care Plan Update 2006/07
This document was produced to detail our plans for providing services to:
- older people
- people who have dementia
- people who have mental health problems
- people who have learning disabilities
- people who have physical disabilities
- people who have sensory impairments.
Community care and social work support services are also provided to people who have problems related to substance misuse, and other people who may be vulnerable because of illness or homelessness. The needs of carers are also an important aspect of Community Care Service planning.
The plan was produced, as required by the Scottish Executive, for a three-year period and in partnership with health services.
