Forth Valley Joint Commissioning Framework: Services for Older People (January 2009)
This framework describes at a strategic level what services for older people will look like in the future and thus identifies the areas where changes are required. Once it has been finalised and signed off, it will provide the basis for a commissioning strategy which will set out in more detail how the strategic commissioning objectives laid out in the framework will be achieved.
