Conservation Areas
These documents identify the characteristics and key elements which contribute to the special historic and architectural character of the conservation areas. They will serve as supplementary planning guidance to the Development Plan and guide the Council in making planning decisions. Additionally it will provide a basis for the development of an action programme compatible with sensitivities of the conservation area.
Clackmannanshire Council has produced a consultative draft appraisal for the Muckhart Conservation Area. Consultation on the consultative draft will commence on 16 February and end on the 13 May 2009
