School Clothing Grant/Free School Meals application forms can be completed electronically, however the form must be printed and the declaration signed at the bottom.
Evidence of the qualifying benefit AND child benefit must be attached when submitting this form.
Application forms will only be accepted in person between the hours of 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and 2.00 and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday at Lime Tree House.
