Email form - Consent to Display Advertisements
Applications are required for most temporary and permanent signs. A separate application form is required for each advertisement.
You must send in two copies of all plans showing clearly the advertisements for which you are applying. The plans should include:
- Location Plan: based on the Ordnance Survey Plan at 1:2500 scale and showing the site clearly outlined in red;
- Block Plan: where the sign is not fixed to a building, a plan to scale not less that 1:500 should show accurately the boundary of the site under the applicants control and the position of the sign(s) in relation to adjoining buildings, walls, fence and roads;
- Other Plans: accurate detailed drawings of the proposed sign(s); where the sing(s) will be attached to a building, the whole elevation of the building should be shown with position of sign(s) clearly outlined. For projecting signs, plans should indicate the height above ground and width of footpath present.
