- Advice for Empty Home Owners The Forth Valley Empty Homes Project is a partnership of Clackmannanshire, Stirling and Falkirk Councils. The project has jointly funded an Empty Homes Officer, who can give information and advice to owners across Forth Valley and help to bring properties back into use. There are many options available, from help with finding a tenant to advice on selling or renovating the property.
