Clackmannanshire Council Recruitment guidelines are followed ensuring that staff are employed to meet the stated aims and objectives of the service. Staff induction and ongoing staff development programme promotes the philosophy, aims and objectives of the service thus enabling their implementation in service delivery.

Adult day Services is about supporting people with disabilities, to access social/recreational, education, rehabilitation, employment and respite care opportunities.

We provide a quality care service that focuses on people individual needs. The most important element in the provision of quality care is our staff.

We look for the people with a range of skills who are willing to bring their experience and enthusiasm to the job.
The service is continually developing and we are committed to changing things for the better. We look for our staff to share this vision and work towards change.
