Working for Adult Day Services
Clackmannanshire Council Recruitment guidelines are followed ensuring that staff are employed to meet the stated aims and objectives of the service. Staff induction and ongoing staff development programme promotes the philosophy, aims and objectives of the service thus enabling their implementation in service delivery.
At present our staffing structure comprises of:
- Team leaders
responsible for the overall management of the support service, liaising with senior management and supervision of all staff. - Senior Resource workers
responsible for the day to day running of the centre programmes and supervision of staff, liaising with the Team leaders and deputising for them when necessary. Seniors also carry out all service user's reviews and carry out a keyworker role for service users. - Administration staff
responsible for providing administrative support to the staff of the centre. - Support Assistant
responsible for facilitating activities, and supporting service users in all aspects of care: eating, personal care etc. - Resource Workers
responsible for vocational profiling, career development, work skills training and job coaching and ongoing support for service users. - Kitchen staff
responsible for the provision of a midday meal. - Drivers and escorts
responsible for providing transport to and from the centre mornings and afternoons. They also provide transport for outings and activities out with the centre.
