Integrated Mental Health Day Service - The Phoenix Centre

The remit of the Phoenix Centre is to provide a variety of group work as well as individual support for people who suffer from mild to moderate mental health problems.
Our philosophy is to provide an informal and non clinical approach to mental health support by enabling individuals to explore their mental health needs in a non threatening, relaxed and supportive environment.
Interventions include
- anxiety management;
- self esteem and confidence;
- depression management;
- relaxation.
Referrals
Referrals to the Phoenix Centre are made via the Single Referral Pathway.
