The Phoenix Centre

Carsebridge House
Carsebridge House, Alloa

The Phoenix Centre provides a variety of courses to develop skills, as well as individual support for people from Clackmannanshire who experience mild to moderate mental health problems.

Our Philosophy and Values

We aim to provide an informal, but professional, approach to mental health support, by enabling you to explore your mental health needs in a relaxed and supportive environment. We believe in treating you as a valued individual, being respectful, honest and non judgemental.

What do we provide?

Getting Started

You will be offered a meeting with one of our qualified community mental health workers. We will work with you, helping you to identify the areas which are giving you difficulties and expolring what the best way forward may be.

What we offer

A variety of courses including:

The above courses are best delivered in a group setting, but we can work on an individual basis if required. We try to be flexible, e.g. early evening work to meet your personal circumstances.

The length of time that support is offered will depend on your own circumstances; everyone is different, but on average these can last from 6 - 12 weeks. We will work with you as an individual to provide the right support for you. You will always be involved in all aspects of your support, and you will also have the opportunity to get involved in the development of the Phoenix Centre and the wider Integrated Mental Health Service. We value your opinion and views and use feedback to identify areas where we can improve services.
