Taxicard
This is a concessionary travel scheme offering subsidised travel for people with disabilities who are permanently resident within the Clackmannanshire Council Area.
The scheme is available to people with a permanent disability who cannot use ordinary buses and gives the freedom of booking taxi journeys (maximum 12 per week) at any time of the day and allows you to go where you want, when you want.
- Up to three people may accompany you for 20p each per single journey.
- Up to a maximum amount of £2 may be discounted from the normal fare and you must pay the balance.

Dial-A-Journey
This is a door-to-door transport service for people with mobility problems who are permanently resident in Clackmannanshire, Stirling or Falkirk Council areas who are unable to use ordinary buses. There is no charge to join the Dial-a-Journey Scheme.
Dial-A-Journey can be used for almost any purpose:
- Shopping;
- Visiting friends;
- Going to the theatre.
However Dial-A-Journey cannot be used to attend hospital appointments.
The fare you pay depends on the distance travelled and the number of people travelling. There is no limit to the number of journeys you can make. If you need someone to assist you, they pay the same fare as you. Journeys must be booked in advance. As demand for the service is high, it is advisable to give as much notice as possible.

Shopmobility
This is a scheme that lends electric scooters, manual wheelchairs and strollers to anyone with limited mobility and who wish to shop and make use of the facilities in Clackmannanshire. It is available to residents and visitors alike and is completely free of charge.
Shopmobility is based at Customer Services in Sterling Mills, Tillicoultry or by phoning the Dial-a-Journey office (01786 465355) to gain equipment for use in the Clackmannanshire area. The equipment can be brought to your home for your use to the required destination. Five days notice is advisable although same day requests will be met where possible.
